After a long seach for a new home, we are moving to one half of a duplex in Järvenpää at July or August this summer. It´s great to get out of an apartment house! Topi is finally getting his own yard where he can tap around like a true owner of the place. : )
Owner can´t wait to get her hands dirty in the yard, despite the fact that we are going to get in to the yard fixing at next summer instead of starting right away. It´s important to make your garden plan with care, so that the plants would have a chance despite the dogs. Preliminary plan does include pools for the plants, so that they would rise above the ground level. Mouldy area on the ground level would just act like an invitation to the dogs to go and dig there...
Topi had his health exam last week. According to the vet Topi has healthy eyes, knees, elbows and A-hips! Elbow and hip results are un-official - we are waiting official ones from our kennel club. Let´s hope the official results will stay as good as the preliminary ones.
We are also waiting for a new family member. A furry, barking one. The picture beside will help you to understand the nature of the new family-member-to-be. If everything goes as planned, next fall we should have her here with us. Looking at the picture I hope she would already be here, so that I could cuddle her. A new, red puppy collar is also already waiting for it´s new owner ; )
Update 19.7.2008: The official hip - and elbow results came from finnish kennel club. Topi has now officially A/A-hips and 0/0-elbows : )
